I, like most Americans, have always had to work. I had my first job at 15 and years later, I'm still chugging along. I'm a first generation professional and college graduate and, no silver spoons here... I am my safety net! Early in my career I learned that a high quality job that paid me my worth was essential. Pursuing that was the first step towards financial and time freedom for me. Today, I have a 6-figure job that allows me to use my strengths to make a big impact in the world, a thriving business, and a schedule that gives me the flexibility to live life on my terms.

Working sucks, the rules of professionalism are biased, and no one should have to navigate climbing the 6-figure executive ladder alone- that's why I launched Coached by Talent Poole.
